When a user checks into a walk-up queue using the unregistered, free text option, an interaction record is created with an empty "Caller" field. However, if you examine XML, it shows that there is a sys_id listed. The sys_id doesn't exist as a user record, so, what is it?
I'm trying to find out where these unregistered user names are kept whilst the queue is still showing them. I've examined the widget and can't work it out.
Please can anyone help?

Hi @Andrew Bettcher ,
I checked the interaction table but caller column is not there as OOTB, Is it custom column in your instance.

Hi @Andrew Bettcher ,
I am also interested in this topic, as the interaction record created for the unregistered user does not contain the user information or contacts. This creates an issue for Walk-up agents without active Queue monitor that need to call them from the waiting area, based on the interaction details.
