walkup- interaction record sow workspace enhancements

  • As a walk-up technician, when I login to Service Operation Workspace, and work on Walk-up Interaction record, I should see a related list of "User's Assets" which should be a list of assets owned by Opened for

To make this possible, you need to copy/and then edit the Record Information SNC. which is under the contextual side bar. This video will give you a path for the same:
