Want the ability to copy and paste images or screen shots into Agent Chat.

Does anyone know if there is an ability or way to have it set up so users...both Agents and the Customer/Client to be able to copy and paste images or screen shots into a chat?

Attached is what I am talking about.

You could try SNUtils but that would only solve it for you and anyone who has it installed.  I don't think there is an overall solution for this ask.  I could be wrong tho.
