Want to copy data from one field to another field on the table

Hi All, 

 

I had two fields on table delegate table i want copy the data from one field to another field. two filed  - "Starts" and "ends' and field type is - "date" and other fields are new name - "start date" and Field type is - 'date and time' and end date filed type - "date and time". 

So problem here is start has only date and not the time . In new fields i want to set both date and time. so i want copy date other field and set default time - 23:59:59 or 11:59:59

Better to make the both field as same data type to avoid unnecessary logic to build to cut and get only time.
