I am trying to work on script include and glide ajax. When creating a table I am getting the following message
Warning MessageServiceNow recommends creating custom tables in scoped applications. To learn more about creating scoped applications,
I am the global application scope. If I skip this warning and create one and the table is not showing as an application scope in the left side filter pane when searching for this table.
Can you please let me know how to proceed.
Thanks
Ramesh

The message is only a recommendation, so it is possible to create custom tables in global scope. It depends on the use case if it's best practice or not.
What do you mean by 'my table is not showing as application scope in the left side filter pane'? For one: you created the table in the global scope, so it's not in an application scope and second, do you mean the navigation pane? For it to show up there, you will need to create a module for it yourself. This is not automatically done.

Thanks for your response. Yes I meant the table is not shown as an application in the navigation pane. For me to make it as an application scope as you mentioned I need to manually create in the module. This screen shot below has that option for creating a module. But for me these options are not been shown in the form.
Thanks

Check the form layout. Maybe they aren't on there, or maybe they are hidden with a UI policy? And if they aren't there, it's easy to create them yourself.

Hi @ramsnow2024 ,
Once you create it with details mentioned on module form it will start appearing, provide the Menu name as well.
See this video if need more guidance on it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hgcs_kTGCiE&list=PLVuhoY6Ddi5jZVQn0YKq9a1_toIluZlZa&index=4&ab_chann...
