washington upgrade issue with virtual agent

Hi all

we see the name of the image since we upgraded to washington. any idea if this is a platform bug or if we can do something about it ourselves? it appears and if we refresh the page, we no longer see it.

Its seems a known issue, as others are also facing similar thing.

Would recommend to raise a HI Case with support team.
