Watch list does not allow adding email address

Dear all,

The watch list on the Incident form allows adding email addresses. However, the same watch list is added to the Requested Items form but it does not allow adding emails. When I type the email and click Enter nothing happens (check screenshot below).

I checked both watch lists and they are referring to the same dictionary watch list record of the Task table.

It does allow me, are you getting any errors?

Once you add the email address have you clicked on the right button so email gets added on the list?


When I press Enter nothing happens. I also checked, when I put an invalid email, it does not show you as invalid email.

Do you have any client scripts, UI policies, BRs that could affect this? OOB it works without any problems. What release are you on?


I have checked everywhere, but I couldn't find any reason for it not to work.


I solved the issue by creating a new List variable for a new watch list. Then I have changed all the BRs, UI actions, and notifications to handle the new watch list variable
