Watch list for record producer (Istanbul)

Hello all,

We received a request to add a couple of users to the watch list of a record producer. Not sure how to accomplish this, but I see many people use List Collector. I'm not too knowledgeable on how to use the list collector to set the usernames and hide it on the form, so I'm looking for any tips or alternatives to help accomplish this.

If someone could provide any suggestions or guidance that would be greatly appreciated!

Nevermind I figured it out! I just added the users I wanted into "Default Value".

Hi pradeepksharma! I tested and it seems like the users I added to the watch list are not getting emails. I tested in our Dev instance.

So basically I added 4 users to "Default Value" in the watch list but they only received the email with "Incident was on opened on your behalf...", but when adding additional comments they didn't receive anything. Am I missing something here?

Thanks for the update Grace. Can you please check and confirm if watch list field is added in the email notification. OOTB "Incident commented for ITIL" is the notification name.

Correction, the watch list field is included in the OOTB "Incident commented for ITIL" notification .

It currently only shows:

-Short description

-"Click here to view:...."

-Comments added by the fulfiller
