Watch list for record producer (Istanbul)

Hello all,

We received a request to add a couple of users to the watch list of a record producer. Not sure how to accomplish this, but I see many people use List Collector. I'm not too knowledgeable on how to use the list collector to set the usernames and hide it on the form, so I'm looking for any tips or alternatives to help accomplish this.

If someone could provide any suggestions or guidance that would be greatly appreciated!

We have used the OOB UI Macro macro_watch_list and added a macro variable to the record producer.

Hi Sachin,

The solution you provided is very similar to Pradeeps'. We want to set 3 users by default and hide the variable. I tried adding the names in the "Default Value" field but don't seem to be receiving the email notifications. Have you ever had a similar situation?
