Watchlist displaying sys_id

Since after the upgrade to Xanadu the watchlist has not been display properly

@Community Alums I couldn't find any known issue related to the watchlist field post Xanadu upgrade. Could you please review the skipped changes related Requested Item module on your instance. Probably some customisation broke after upgrade on your instance.

It doesn't look to be a upgrade issue.

Did you check the sys_id in sys_user and check if name field is empty in it?

The name field is not empty.

is this happening only for 1 record and all users?

what value is present in the XML of that record?
