Watchlist displaying sys_id

Since after the upgrade to Xanadu the watchlist has not been display properly

It is for all the records. These happens when the watchlist are been added at the request form level. If the watchlist is added at the ritm record manually, it is displaying the proper user name. 

 

 

 

If you've confirmed that the sys_id's do in fact exist on sys_user already, and that no customizations have been made (nor any client scripts/business rules targeting the watch_list field), then you may need to open a HIWAVE ticket.

Search for that sys_id on the sys_user table and let us know if it exists.
