Watermark in PDF/Image Attachments

I have a requirement to add logged in username as a watermark in PDF documents. Is there any OOB solution to add the watermark in documents? The watermark functionality needs to be available in portal and native view.

As per my knowledge, we are not able to add watermarks in attachments/documents. Please verify again.
