watermark is not visible for the notification when i use ${watermark} in the other email script.

watermark is not visible when I use ${watermark} in the email script subject. If I remove this from the subject watermark appears. Can anyone help me out what is the current issue?

This video explains the watermark. My issue is when we use a watermark in the email script. The watermark is invisible in the particular notification as below. In the below image at yellow there should be actual water mark that is not visible.
