for some reason the watermark does not create the incorrect source-table.
for all our email-tables it works fine, (and it shows e.g. the inc-number in the source-table, workordertask shows the WOT-number. except the work-order. here it shows the caller in the source-table.)
we assume that this behavoir is causing issues in receiving workorder mails. (it often is causing a rejection)
"Unable to locate wm_order 3597d48a37015e006fa7579543990ecd for inbound email processing"
apparently we adjusted smth in the past that causes this reaction, however we dont know how to fix.
do some of you know how to fix this issue?

Peter,
I'm not clear on what the issue is. Sorry someone hasn't looked at this in over a month. A screen shot would be helpful. Hopefully you have gotten some kind of resolution to this by now. If not, you may want to try support.

dear ctomasi,
the issue was a dictionary override that somehow was made, but where we were not aware off.
furthermore it seems that we automatically check the "customers has made comments" box, but when the box has already been checked. it cannot do an update.
so we improved our inbound action with first unchecking the box, do an update, and then check the box and do again an update.
this solves the issue.
Peter
