We have placed Catalog and Request Menu on New Portal Created and found Error 404 for External User?

we have placed Catalog and Request Menu on New Portal Created?

 

For logging with  Admin Users Menu such as Catalog and Request are working properly on New Portal Created.

 

For  logging with External User we are able to see Catalog Menu properly on New Portal Created

While when clicking on Requests Menu we found Error 404.

@VIKAS45 When you click on requests menu it might be opening the page in some other portal to which the external user might not have access. Please check that.

I have already provided access to my_request Page by providing SNC_External Role to My Request page still its not working.

@VIKAS45 external user might not have snc_internal role.

Please check roles of the user.

User might be having snc_external role.

 

So whatever role user have give it both page and widget.
