We need to restrict in payload content while sending from servicenow to third party tool

How to restrict the payload  not completely which is going from ServiceNow to third party tool , as due to some internal policies few words or characters or file path etc are not allowed in the payload , likewise we cannot completely encrypt the complete payload also as it may denied from the firewall. How to deal this situation.

you need to discuss with your customer what they don't want to be sent in payload to 3rd party from ServiceNow

if that need not go in payload then simply exclude them while building the payload
