Hi,

I am trying now for a long time to restore my instance or to request a new instance but I am getting this message: We were unable to assign an instance to you. Please or 

It has been quite annoying since I did reply to more than 10 feedbacks in this regards but I never got a reply back.

Can anyone help me if there's any other step that I can take other than creating feedback since there are no other channels to contact with ServiceNOW regarding this issue.

No there is not. Give feedback, which you already tried multiple times, is the only way to go. You will only receive responses here from random community members like myself. No ServiceNow employees here to assist you.
