Welcome Banner not appearing on the Portal homepage

Hi ,

I am trying to ad the Welcome banner image on the homepage of the Portal .

When I go to Page designer I can see that the Widget is present in the Container , but it is not appearing on the portal .

Please let me know if I am missing something to show banner widget on Portal .

Hi,

I have already followed this and as mentioned the Widget appears in Page designer but not appearing on the portal . Any inputs please .
