Public means they can access without logging in. You can add the Public role to Survey, and make application/module public. It will show on the login screen, but they don't need to login to access Survey.

Public role shouldn't be assigned to anyone.

Hi Baqar,

Sorry for delay because i was busy on another stuff.

Public role means anyone can see it even if they don't have a ServiceNow login and also no role they have to authenticate to ServiceNow.

Hope it helps you to understand the concept of Public role.

Regards,

Swapnil
