What are possible ways to trigger a assessment metric type survey?

We have an assignment metric type survey but trigger is not configured on the trigger condition. Where could be the trigger configured?

Navigate to All > Survey > Administration > Trigger Conditions. Click New > Complete the form.

Hi Anand,

The survey is already getting triggered but don't know where is the condition.

Actually whenever we are hitting assign to button from HR agent workspace for hr task with a specific template then the survey is triggering.

Number of response templates displayed controlledby  the property "com.glide.quickactions.maxresults.templates".

If you do not have the property in your instance, please create this property with Type as "integer" and give the value as how many you want to show.

That survey is triggering that means there must trigger condition somewhere?
