Hi @thulasikavya ,
Here's a comprehensive approach that combines the best resources and learning methods:
1. Official ServiceNow Learning Platform (NowLearning):
- Highly Recommended: This is the primary resource for in-depth, official ServiceNow training. It offers a structured curriculum with courses for all experience levels, from foundational concepts to advanced functionalities.
- Start Here: Enroll in the "Fundamentals of ServiceNow" course to establish a solid understanding of the platform's core features and functionalities.
- Explore Tracks: Based on your career goals, delve deeper into specific tracks like System Administration, Application Development, or IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Access NowLearning: NowLearning platform: https://learning.servicenow.com/
2. ServiceNow Documentation:
- Extensive Knowledge Base: ServiceNow provides a comprehensive documentation portal that covers every aspect of the platform, from configuration guides to best practices.
- Targeted Learning: Search for specific functionalities you're interested in learning about, and use the documentation to gain a deeper understanding.
- Valuable Resource: Even after you gain experience, the documentation will remain a valuable reference throughout your ServiceNow journey.
3. YouTube Channels:
- Visual Learning: Supplement your learning with video tutorials on YouTube. Here are a few credible channels to get you started:
- Basico Servicenow Learning - https://www.youtube.com/@BasicoServiceNowLearning
- Learn N Grow Together With Atul G - https://www.youtube.com/@LearnNGrowTogetherwithAtulG
- Learn ServiceNow with Ravi - https://www.youtube.com/@learnservicenowwithravi
- ServiceNow 911 - https://www.youtube.com/@servicenow911
- TechnoMonk - https://www.youtube.com/@amitg
- Choose Wisely: While YouTube can be a great resource, be selective with the channels you follow. Look for channels with positive reviews and a focus on accurate information.
Additional Tips:
- Hands-on Practice: Set up a developer instance (https://developer.servicenow.com/) to experiment and practice what you learn in a safe, sandboxed environment. This is crucial for solidifying your knowledge and building practical skills.
- Community Engagement: Join the ServiceNow Community https://www.servicenow.com/community/ to connect with other learners and professionals. Ask questions, share experiences, and stay updated on the latest ServiceNow developments.
- Certification: Consider pursuing ServiceNow certifications to validate your skills and enhance your career prospects. The Now Learning platform offers a variety of certifications for different roles.
Remember: Consistent learning and practice are key to mastering ServiceNow. By combining these resources with dedication and a hands-on approach, you'll be well on your way to a rewarding career in this dynamic field.
Getting Started with a ServiceNow Career:
In addition to the above, I recommend checking out this resource from the ServiceNow Community on "Where Do I Start My ServiceNow Career?": https://www.servicenow.com/lpwbr/getting-started-the-basics-of-navigating-and-using-servicenow.html This can provide valuable insights and guidance as you embark on your ServiceNow journey.

Hello....
I don't know the best way but here is a better approach:
• start from the basics like be familiar with the PDI.
• Then what are different views i.e. list view or form view.
• Know about Records and Tables.
• SN customisation.
• User, Group and ACL
• Core Application of SN (like service catalog, flow designer, CMDB, etc).
Remember practice every single thing you learn in your PDI that will give you better understanding and idea about the topic.
And there are lot more to explore.......
Refer modules like "serviceNow Fundamental" . Resources are accessed on Product Documentation and YouTube.

Searching NowLearning for "Fundamentals of ServiceNow" (even with the Beginner filter) finds lots of rather techy content.
I'd suggest either
- Welcome to ServiceNow (3 hours total, but aimed at using ServiceNow, but the Platform Overview and Service Catalogue modules might be a start).
- IT Service Management (ITSM) Fundamentals On Demand (10 hours total) Has modules on ITSM Fundamentals, core and support areas of ServiceNow, and then Incident, Problem, etc. (each with hands on & quiz to earn badges):
