Currently not able to create scoped apps within Zurich. I have released and requested a few PDIs so far and still having the same issue. I get the error message:

"Unable to create this application. Go back to the create app experience and enter a different scope name. Details: Failed to create templated object, details: This scope is already taken by another application".

There is not other application with the scope name within the requested PDIs. Any idea what might be causing this and possible fixes?. Thanks in advance

Try repairing the AES plugin once. I tried it in my personal developer instance and had no issues at all."

Hi @GodspowerE,

I remember there were some other people facing this issue, so it doesn't need to be necessarily you doing something else. Most likely not.

Try to check this approach by @Marc Mouries: Resolving 'This Scope Is Already Taken by Another Application' Error in ServiceNow and please let me know if that helped.

It could be a good reference for future occurrences in the Community
