What do Act, Recommend and discuss mean in health scans?

I have seen some health scan findings and they have status set as Act , Discuss , Recommend

what are the priorities of these states? When is that we can ignore finding as the result is based on our business requirements?

  1. Act: follow the recommendation to improve instance health
  2. Recommend: it is good practice to follow the recommendation, but there may be extenuating circumstances.
  3. Discuss: Try to follow the recommendation where possible but evaluate the surrounding circumstance.
