What does the Discuss button do?

Discuss button is newly added as part of Utah release. It work to start a chat with user with in ServiceNow. It is SN internal chat messenger.

Agree, I noticed this 2 days back during my training. It seems a bug or some settings need to do.

PDI is not supported by HI ticket.

@Joshua Comeau Did you get any reponse from HI ticket as even I faced the same issue while doing a demo today.

Do we have it both in workspace and native UI ?

I still have the issue of not able to post the discussion as comments. Do you have any idea about how to fix this?
