What does the red dot mean next to the record producer in the screenshot?

Red dot means here that record producer is checked out. Screenshot below:

This is a field decoration at the list view level. Click on the gear icon and change it from there.

For field style, you can search for the configuration record related to it.

there is a field style applied on that field of that table and not field decorators.

There is difference between those.

Field decorators are for workspaces and not native.

Based on some condition the color is shown, so please check here
