As per above article,

1. Log in to ServiceNow University. By default, the Home page displays. 
2. Navigate to the CMP notification widget and select the Pay Now link. The Certification Maintenance Program (CMP) Fee page displays.
   NOTE: Select the Learn More link in the widget to better understand CMP. If you want to pay later, you can access this link from the widget on your Home page.
   
   
   
3. Select Pay and Begin. This opens the Pay for Content screen.
   NOTE: If no payment is due, select the Start button.

The ServiceNow Zurich release delta exam window has been opened on January 16, 2026, with a final deadline to pass on April 16, 2026. Failure to complete the delta exam and pay the annual maintenance fee  by this date will cause your certification to expire.

All your Mainline certifications will expire, and you will be required to complete the training and pass the exam again to regain certification.

I would suggest, search for Delta exam answer support materials (usually available) and pay for the Delta exam(Claim if your company Allows) to keep your certifications active.
