This involves selecting the appropriate class for the CI, defining its attributes, and establishing the necessary relationships to ensure the CI meets the 3C rule: Completeness, Correctness, and Compliance.

Hi @EswarS , Along with what @Dr Atul G- LNG provided as inputs, I would also suggest you to look at the CSDM 4.0 which servicenow recommends while configuring the CMDB.
