What is LiveVox? Can we integrate it with ServiceNow?

We are looking to refine our dashboard for Tier 1 contact center team and leadership. The daily dashboard contains servicenow and livevox (phone system) data. Can LiveVox be integrated within servicenow?

Since LiveVox has API's available, it should be possible to integrate using integration hub:

REST APIs (livevox.com)
