What is meant by Servicenow APM/SPM/Integration skills

I am looking for meaning for a term I came across called "Servicenow APM/SPM/Integration skills" . What does it mean by APM/SPM/Integration skills in the context of Servicenow ? Is it a skill of servicenow developer possessing in the area of application performance, finetuning applications and integrating the applications across tech stacks within an organization's DMZs?

Thanks for your response. I understand that APM and SPM sound more synonymous with functional modules of portfolio management and strategy management within Servicenow. 

What I am looking for the definitions or usecases with respect to the performance (as in application capability for upscaling with increased work loads) management of applications within Servicenow platform and Servicenow platform as a whole unit. What is this application performance management (APM) called in Servicenow context. Is there a relevant term used in Servicenow for such performance measurement and management activity.

I tried to search of APM application performance management but did not find thing relevant. Instead of this finding 

Application Portfolio Management, which is not the same you looking for. Seems the performance module either has been renamed or decommissioned. From where you get this content.
