what is RDN if you see in below images in Groups here taken CN=user,

                                                                                                                                      Users here taken OU=sites

Login distinguished name is your login of the AD user doing the integration.



Starting search directory is a way to tap in to one of the branches of the AD forest so you don't search the entire thing, just the org you need.

If you hover over the field label, you will see something like this... RDN stands for Relative Distinguished Name

Can you please let me know how to give RDN for LDAP user import to exclude sub OUs

With script on ldap import scheduler. You can write pieces of code for your using case.
