In ServiceNow, "Record Pin" functionality, while not a built-in feature, refers to the ability to "pin" or save specific records to a list for quick access, similar to bookmarking. This allows users to easily revisit records they frequently need, especially those that might be reassigned or are otherwise not readily available. While not a standard feature, it can be implemented through customization, such as adding a button or icon at the row level of a list component to pin or unpin records
