What is servicenow Call desk?

I need to work in Servicenow Call Desk, but i am Facing an issue.

but this is the call desk Plugins available in the Product Documentation.

The Service Desk Call plugin (com.snc.service_desk_call).

but i have searched in the Plugins but it is not available?

Does this Call desk Facility available in demo instance or not?

The Service Desk Call plugin (com.snc.service_desk_call) is deprecated in the Quebec release. Similar outcome can be achieved using Interaction in Agent Workspace. For more details, refer Create an interaction record in ITSM Agent Workspace.
