Hello,
When entering a value into the Short Description field of the incident form, the system generates recommend records for Knowledge, Problems, etc. as shown below when 'Freeze' has been entered into the Short Desc.
This searches off the Meta data entered in the Knowledge Article itself.
However, I need the recommendations in the same place to work better for Problems. I am wondering what data in the Problem itself is required to make them show. There are Problems with the word 'Freeze' in the description for example but they don't appear in the recommendations here.
