What is the default limit call for a REST API in ServiceNow

I wanted to know that what is the default rate limit of a REST API like Table API. If a hacker attacks my instance with using Table API and an account in my instance then is there a default rate limit to prevent this ?

Thanks for replying your answer is very helpful but when I accessed the stats.do page I noticed the API_INT section. Max queue depth and Queue depth limit, are they related ? Because I found it very confusing
