We are implementing service portal and branding. I haven't been able to find any documentation on what the standard size for the logo should be. I'm specifically talking about the logo in the top left hand corner.
I found where the size of your background image should be around 1920 x 800 or 1920 x 1080.

Hello Allison,
I am not aware if there is any documentation which speaks about the default size of the Service Portal logo.
So, I would say that if you will be customizing the SP - you may use whatever size, which suits your goal.|
Yet, if you are going to use the default SP without making any change (modification), then I would advise you to use the size of the ServiceNow logo (the default configuration of your Instance).

ServiceNow will accommodate to any logo size, but if you want to optimize the resolution and available space, the ideal logo image size is in the range of 200 x 40 pixels, which is what ServiceNow uses out of the box for their logo.
