I am not sure what the difference is between a Dashboard and a workspace.
We already do things like making a list of requests assigned to us in the Dashboard.
Can I do more in a Workspace?
Please let me know the difference in use and the advantages of each.

Best regards.

Workspaces: Provide a comprehensive, interactive environment for managing tasks and workflows. They are tailored for specific roles and support a wide range of activities directly within the interface. They offer a comprehensive interface for users to manage their daily tasks and workflows.

Hi @M_Tomy

  1. Workspace: The Workspace in ServiceNow is a modern, intuitive interface that provides teams a better way to work by bringing together task management, collaboration, and content tools. The workspace is especially useful for project managers, program managers, and portfolio managers to manage, collaborate, and track their projects, programs, and portfolios.

  2. Dashboards: Dashboards in ServiceNow provide a customizable view of key metrics and information in real-time. Dashboards use reports, widgets, and other visual elements to display data in a comprehensive and easy-to-understand format. Dashboards are used by project managers, program managers, portfolio managers, and executives to track the progress of projects, programs, and portfolios, manage resources, assess risks and issues, and make informed decisions.
