This post seems to be a duplicate one.

However, answer to your question -

It is sn_hamp for HAM Pro.

Note - Since the HAM plugin is available via the ServiceNow Store, its implementation is a little different from a standard plugin. To spin it up, you must acquire the license through the store and then ServiceNow activates the store plugin (through a HI ticket request).
