What is the maximum limit of attachment ?

I found in the document https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0718101  that 1GB for an attachment, but I don´t know if there are variances in terms of email attachments, Record attachments, API limit attachment etc.
