Hi,
What is the minimum user role required for an user to create/edit incident template?
I do not want to give the user ITIL role. What is the minimum role that can be given to a user so that he can create/edit incident template.

You can give template_editor for this..

template_editor | Can edit or modify templates. Included in the itil role in the base system. |
template_editor_global | Can create templates for global use. |
template_editor_group | Can create templates for groups. |

Although granted this role, I'm not seeing a lot of the slush bucket items like I do as the admin role.
Things like Close Codes and Close notes etc.
Is this something that can be edited?
