What is the process to backup a clone in Instance clone , please provide me some information

I'm pretty sure they changed the clone behaviour to only use backups now -- so they don't give the option to go live or backup now...as it's always from backup. See step 4 of the clone process described here: System clone (servicenow.com)

Hello sir ,  so  i want to know from where we can  use or see  the backup  option  while cloning  the data from one instance to another instance

I don't believe you can. ServiceNow has changed their backup and retention policy. They have changed it such that they do nightly backups for you (and clones come from the latest backup, always)...removing the client's on-demand access to backup scheduling for any/all instances.
