What is the role that allows a user to search the global scope in the top banner search bar?

As an itiI user, I have this option to change the scope of my search.

For other users they just have the plain search bar like below.

I can see it has something to do with the itil role.

How do I give this search option to a user without giving them the whole itil role?

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi @humza_abdullah ,

By default, the below roles are allowed :

itil,text_search_admin,admin

Any other role which you want them to access and change, you need to mention the role in the "Value" section.
