Hello All,

Is there any way to know how many times a person visited any Dashboard.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar @Peter Bodelier @asifnoor

Apologies for late response and Thankyou for your valuable suggestions.

We are also trying with the same article link which you've shared. However we're not able to recreate the same in my instance since it's a complete custom application. Moreover, I just want to know that if we have any OOTB functionality in our ServiceNow that's how many times a user visited a particular Dashboard.

In addition to that , we have seen an option called Dashboard Usage Overview.

1. Navigate to Self-Service > Dashboards. From the Dashboards list, select Usage Overview. Shows the number of views or operations performed for each of the listed applications.

We have observed the above option "Dashboard Usage Overview" in our ServiceNow, however we are unable to understand and how to process this dashboard usage functionality.

It would be greatly appreciated, If you could guide me and give me some suggestions.

Thankyou,

Bala
