Hi All,
Please explain to me
1. What is "Approval Action" and what will happen when use this?
2. In which scenario we will use this in our workflow .?

Hi Ramesh,
The Approval action is used to set the approval field of task records.
In every task based records you have an OOB field called Approval and it is used to update the state of the approval field.
We can use this to update the Approval field.
For example:
in change request we make the approval field to requested state .
And after the update it will use this activity to update the field to Approval Like (Requested, Approved, Rejected).
This field is not shown on form OOB you can check the value of this field in the list layout or bring the field to the record(i.e change record , requested item)
