What role is required to "create vendor"?

I granted the role "contract_manager" to a user, and she can create and update contracts smoothly.

However, she cannot create a new vendor.

May I know what is the required role to create new vendor?

or how do I find the required role to access a page in general?

I tried search ServiceNow document, and seems like all vendor related role are legacy role

Please check the below once.

1. ITIL or Service Desk roles: Depending on your organization's processes, users with ITIL or Service Desk roles may have permissions to manage vendors as part of their responsibilities.

2. Custom Roles: Your organization may have custom roles specifically designed to manage vendor related activities. Users assigned to these custom roles may have the necessary permissions to create vendors.

Our ServiceNow is rather out of the box and this is the first time we are setting up vendor related management. I highly doubt we have a custom role for it.

Unfortunately I also checked user has ITIL already.

May I know what is the Service Desk role?
