Is there a way to grant read only access to the Workflow Editor?

There's going to be significant BA investment into all existing workflows on the SN platform. What we struggle with is getting appropriate information to BA's without the need for an admin interaction. I can handle giving them read only access to Catalog Items, variables, etc, but I really need a way for them to "see" workflows. But it appears you can't really escape some of the non-read only elements of the Workflow Editor interface. Anyone had any success in this area?

Give them a link to the workflow editor and give the user account the "workflow_publisher" role

actually It allows you to view the workflows not create or edit them (no + icon)
It does not allow you to edit a workflow or by extension publish an extended workflow. - try opening and changing a workflow, you can't because there is no check out option.
For that you need the additional creator role which you don't give them
Just tested on a FUJI instance with a user that has that role + itil and it works fine.
