what type of roles should be assigned to Group to handle CSM cases

Hi All,

 

we have CSM Agent group, group having below 3-roles, group have 9-members

 

*agent_workspace_user

*awa_agent

*interaction_user

 

but here when we try to click on "Find Agent" it is showing "No Agents Available "

 

Please help me to display group-members what type of basic roles should be assigned to group.?
