When a change is opened for Approval Can only selected group Members be able to Approve?

 

When a change is opened for Approval Not all Group Members should be able to Approve. Only few selected Members should Approve.

How can we do that?

Hi @VIKAS45,

 

One option would be to create a new group that contains the users that should be able to approve. If desired, that group can have a parent group and then they will inherit all the parent group's roles.

 

Alternatively, you could make them specify specific user(s) rather than a full group.

 

You also might need to look into Change Approval Policies. Here is a link to the documentation for that:
