when a new ticket come, you will see that it will start loading

can anyone help me on this....
My ServiceNow dashboard is very slow, and when a new ticket come it is getting 20 to 30 seconds time taking and also sometimes it is getting "Widget cancelled - Maximum execution time exceeded".

is that a report? Did you check it brings data from which table and how?

This sounds like a very bad configured report. What are the conditions you have on there?
If the dashboard is slow, also check the other reports, because the dashboard loads all reports separately and that could cause delay.
But first check on the conditions for this one. If you don't see anything weird, please share the conditions with us.
