When any case/ incident created how it will be in default open or draf.

When any case/ incident created how it will be in default open or draft state for this is there any configuration are there .

 

Any one help me here.

Hi @Gillerla Rajesh ,

 

It is an OOTB functionality  where any record which is created it does remain in Open\New State. You don't need to specifically configure anything for this.

Incidents will be open in 'Open state', check this: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-it-service-management/page/product/incident-management/...
Cases, related to CSM, will be open in 'New' state: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-customer-service-management/page/product/customer-servi...

You can change this life cycle, but some customization will be need it, OOTB it's as commented below.
