When creating "your own List" in Service Operation Workspace, I have a problem that when you choose a table (for example incident), the first field by default is 'created by' and not 'number'. After clicking on 'Create' the list is created and the created by column becomes the column with the reference to the incident when click on it. How can I change the default value to by 'Number' and not 'Created by'? I want that the column "number' will be the reference to the incident when clicking on the value.

@Alon Grod It fetches columns from Default view of Incident List. On top of that if you have personalize default list, then it will pick those columns while creating new List in Service operation workspace
1) Default view of incident list as below
When you create list from SOW, then you will see these columns only
2) If you personalize list from incident list then you will see the personalize list column instead of default view columns
So check both default view of incident list and personalize list.

Hi @Alon Grod ,
When creating a new List, arrange the columns in order as like you want in Select Columns.
As we can see your first image, The columns got arranged in the respective manner.
Editing the same will works!(Refer the image)
Also make sure, the default view of the Incident is set correctly(as per req). Configuring list layout helps.(Refer the image)
